Working off-ice is crucial, muscle form Movement. Never forget it. I got my own syntetic Rink " Xtraice " . I work 6 hours off ice per day and I prepare myself to my internship then I will pass the Tests for the National French championship without partner. I’ve never skated before and I never have any coach. I will have one just for 2 weeks. I follow the way of John Curry
