That is a nice looking area! Regarding the restroom / campers ratio: Not too bad compared with the campground I go to. There are four "comfort stations" throughout the campsite, which has 280 campsites. Each men's comfort station has two toilets, two urinals and three showers. Each women's comfort station has four toilets and three showers. Considering 280 campsites could mean close to 1,000 people... there are only eight men's toilets and urinals, twelve showers, and sixteen women's toilets and twelve showers. On busy weekends, there can be a long wait, but all of the comfort stations are open 24 hours. No additional outhouses anywhere at this campground. I still love the place because there are no mosquitoes, nice level *grass* campsites which are well drained (perfect for tents), you can see the Toronto skyline 33 miles across Lake Ontario right from your tent or picnic table if you get a waterfront site, but there is essentially no light pollution in Youngstown, so the night sky is amazing for stargazing.
