I just spoke to US citizen he was also in favour of replacing Dollar as a global currency. Secondly he said I like DT because he is against china manufacturing and export policies because they are taking our jobs but I don’t mind if China or Russia tries to be a super power. It is their right to grow and US should not interfere however US has right to create jobs within the country by putting restrictions on Chinese Products. I was really impressed with his views
My simple question : who gave this opportunity to China to become a world factory? It is USA itself : labor cost in USA is 10x higher than china, as a result all over western countries started outsourcing from China at. Rock bottom prices, as a result thousands of manufacturing units shut down in USA and EU, but a few economists had raised a concern about growing unemployment due to this China factor and it has come to a full circle : the remedy lies not in imposing heavy tariff on chinese goods, but to revive their own manufacturing units by providing incentives by the government.

The guy who was talking to me, he said we don’t care what would be the impact, government should deal with it. They are in power it is their responsibility to manage all these things. My point is people here in west do not blame anyone except for current government. Bhakatwaad system is not here. They are liberal and they acknowledge it.

In the Budget LTCG profit @20% STCG profit @25% and F&O profit @ 30% flat rate + no set off of F&O losses. If this happens same investors who are now suffering FOMO of market rally will be desperate to get out of stocks. You will wonder where has all the liquidity investors were talking about so far has vanished. Banks, NBFC and brokers who gave unsecured loans will be in deep trouble.

If you pay short term capital gains then you are trading and you are unlikely to make money anyway. As for LTCG it's still 10% , so if you make 10 crores , you will still have 9 crores..so stop blaming tax rate.

Actually I have an education loan, of which 1.5 lacs is pending as of now and I have been paying a monthly EMI of 5000 rupees. If I continue doing so, it will take another 2 years or so to complete the entire loan. So I was thinking of paying the entire outstanding amount at once by breaking 75% of my Mutual Fund investment and going forward whatever the EMI I was paying, will rather SIP in Mutual fund again. Sir Shouldn't we evaluate companies on P/B for each sector. For ex average P/B of a CRAMS or Consumer sector can be compared to individual companies of that sector. I say this as PB captures actual potential of a company cause the company might be undergoing a big capex or might be in the process of optimizing turnover. This may give us depressed earnings right now and an elevated PE and ultimately led us to missing the company. SYNGENE is my example for the analogy

I have invested 50L in her fund and my investment hypothesis are: small caps to large cap ratio is at all time lows(profits wise and share price wise)in the US and mean reversion is bound to happen from here, companies in her portfolio like Tesla,palantir,Roku,ui path are on the path of bringing truly disruptive innovation, interest rate cuts would enable funds to flow in US small caps and emerging markets so even if her philosophy would be wrong this will act as a tactical call.

सर, आप जगत गुरु के साथ अंतर यामी भी है । सिर्फ़ एक मदद कर दीजिए ये Angel One की 3 ख़ामियाँ बता दीजिए की क्यों हम पैसा ना लगाए इसमें । सब कुछ तो बढ़िया है इसका PE : 16 Sales Growth : 45% + Profit Growth: 30% + PEG: 0.25 ROE : 40% + SEBI की मार तो सभी ब्रोकर को पड़ेगी । ऐसे में इतनी पिटाई अच्छे स्टॉक की ठीक नहीं लगती ।
