Absolutely exceptional Ranveer ji . Not only are you a great chef , you are also a great entertainer. There is never a dull moment in your cooking classes. Your attention to details is exemplary. Next time I visit India, I must travel to your city ,to meet you and cook some of my mother’s favorite recipes from East Bengal . Keep up the great work .

Hi Ranveer ji. I am from Kolkata and I am bengali. My mom and me too used to make kanthal curry totally veg.I mean to say without onion ,garlic and before finish the recipe only add ghee and fine grind garam masala. And it's a amazing vegetarian food. But I must try this korma as you cook.Thanks a lot.❤❤

We in West Bengal don't use Onions with 'Kanthal' & have hundreds of "Kanthal" recipes. Also we called 'Kachha' "Green Kanthal" as "Enchor" & called 'Pakka' "Yellow Kanthal" as "Kanthal".
