#MRYCG A quick video taken on my iPhone of my Dapol TPE68 68019 Brutus. Recently fitted with sound on a Zimo Decoder and a twin speaker thanks to Alz Soundz. Just cannot wait for the Accurascale TPE coach pack to come and join the loco.
Hello there Geoff :-). Its certainly been a while but excellent video all the same :-). Nice model rail set you have there of the model rail class 68 and all the sound effects it was able to retain :-). Excellent indeed Geoff :-). Wonderful :-). Take care and many happy wishes :-). From your friend Foxy in Brighton, East Sussex, England, UK :-D :-D :-).
Its certainly a pleasure indeed Geoff :-). If I may ask, how has Godfrey been recently? Because I used to see his comments on your channel fairly regularly back in 2019 but have not seen his comments recently. I hope he is well? Take care Geoff :-). From Foxy :-).
@@Foxys-Collective-Videography my dad Godfrey is fine thanks, still watching videos but like you say, it’s been a while since my last update and more are long overdue so that’s why he hasn’t been commenting. There has been lots going on behind the scenes here especially starting up the eBay store to sell the 3D printed items I do. The store is called Scenic3D and it’s on eBay. I shall be doing videos of my products soon hopefully
Godfrey is your respectable father Geoff? How interesting yet thrusting fervantly some tremendously enchanted direct wonders indeed learning this toil of information from you :-). I though Godfrey was your brother or cousin or uncle or something I was certainly not aware that he was your father Geoff :-O :-). Thanks for letting me know of this and I am happy he is still alive and well :-). Is your mother still alive Geoff? If you don't mind me asking you? I can certainly understand as to why your father Godfrey had not commented on your contents very much because of some long overdue model rail projects you have been kneedeep with working on. But thanks indeed for your friendly comments as usual and I certainly shall look forward to your future videos :-). Take care and many happy wishes Geoff :-). My kind regards to Godfrey :-). From Foxy :-).
@@JumbleLane heard a lot of good things about the zimo decoder, definitely now can’t wait to get into dcc once the new layout is up, merry Christmas to you and family 👍🏻
The sound file was a special from Alz Soundz. It was done for him as a favour. I did email Dapol to see if I could buy a 68 sound decoder from them like my DRS 68 but they seem to have ignored two emails. Not sure if the sound file I have on mine is commercially available at the moment as it started life for an N Gauge 68.
Hi I do like your cloudy backscene I looked through your other videos to see if u had done a video on it but can't see one. As im planning same thing I've painted all mine blue and over 50 ft to do but would love to know how u did the clouds as thats my next project before I get too much trackwork in place and then can't get to it easily.
@@JumbleLane as I have need of actually around 70 ft needed in total i wanted to move away from the ready to use ones as wouldn't be enough length to align up. As no one prints any that are anywhere near long enough and that means using different ones that never match where they join
@@stocktonjunction the way I did the clouds was with three or four shades of blue to white and just brushed randomly left to right on the deeper blue background. It was just a case of keep doing it until I got the desired effect and not over doing it
