I’ve been really happy with my Fitbit for sleep. I know it’s not 100% accurate, but overall helpful for patterns and general sleep health. It gives me a sleep score on the free version and I can see how much time I spent in each phase. There are many lower cost sleep/health trackers out there. Just a thought before dropping a chunk of change for Oura!!

I definitely learned more to cook in college/being on my own and I do enjoy it! Would love to try and cook more extensive recipes and try incorporating new meals weekly this year!
You are so sweet! We mainly cook at home during the week and eat out on the weekends! I only meal prep for lunch! I don’t know if I could meal prep lunch and dinner 😅 might get a little boring and repetitive! But I definitely have plans for dinner each night during the week so we always have a plan!
