SUNDAY PREP FOR THE WEEK | CLEANING ROUTINE, LAUNDRY & PREPPING FOR FALL DECOR // LoveLexyNicole

Chicken Curry:
-3 chicken breast shredded
- 1 onion
-2T minced garlic
-2-3T curry powder
-1 can full fat coconut milk
- honey
- salt, and pepper to taste
-cilantro for garnish
- add 1T olive oil and saute onion until translucent.Add garlic and cook until fragrant
- Add chicken and the rest of ingredients and stir.
-simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Serve over a bed of rice and garnish with fresh cilantro
