J’espère que vous allez bien !
Aujourd'hui, on se retrouve pour une vidéo Sunday Reset (Reset du dimanche) où je partage avec vous comment je m’organise pour la semaine à venir. Au programme : routine d'organisation du dimanche, retour de courses, routine skincare, et des moments de détente avec une activité créative.
Le dimanche matin, je commence par aller au marché pour faire mes courses de la semaine. Je vous montre mon retour de courses. Ensuite, je prépare un petit déjeuner et je commence mon organisation de ma semaine pour rester productive.
Je profite également de ce temps pour cuisiner plusieurs plats pour les jours à venir. Je vous dévoile aussi ma routine skincare du moment, idéale pour bien commencer la semaine.
Pour finir en beauté, je me consacre à une activité créative : la peinture au numéro de La Petite Épicerie. C’est un excellent moyen de se détendre et de stimuler sa créativité.
