I’ve been doing Sunday resets for so long, I always thought it was an ocd thing but I always have to do everything Sunday to prepare for the week and when I’m making a goal for myself I always start on Monday, I’m glad it’s becoming more of a routine for everyone! self care and peace is the best feelings ever❤
