A wrong trend is fast gaining grounds among Christians! I have noticed with sadness how Christians toy with the Name of Jesus Christ. It's just sad and we need to stop it! In Philippians 2:10, we read that: *That at the name of **_Jesus_** every knee should bow...* Nowhere in the Bible was the name of Jesus shortened/abbreviated as *IJN* (in Jesus Name) or *IJCN* (in Jesus Christ Name)! Supposing you are sending a prayer message to someone who doesn't know about Jesus for the first time and you write IJN, what do you think he/she will take it for? *IJN could mean anything just like the title of this mesaage!* 👉🏽Would you ever abbreviate all your name while filling any form etc? 👉🏽Would you ever pray verbally and shout *IJN* to finish it? If not, *stop abbreviating the Name of Jesus Christ. It's bigger than your name!* We need to stop this inglorious act NOW! *Don't join the kingdom of darkness to silence the Name!* And of course, no one can silence the Name!!! *It's not proper for you to have taken your time to write a prayer in full and then finish it in IJN - Don't silence the Name!* May God help His Church.
