@@mat12128 One option, is that if we take 12:36 in, there are grounds for complaints. Plural. Failure to ID. Failure to warn about BWV Rudeness. Failure to address a colleague breaking regulations. You could list them, and make the 101 call in front of them to complain. That would be an interesting video. What would their reaction be, when you point out their failures to you calling the police then and there to make the complaint about them. Or you could turn to the other one, inform them of their duty to accept a complaint about any other officer, and make the complaint in that way. If they refuse, that's another complaint.

As a former very young train spotter in the sixties and then many years as an aircraft spotter, transport enthusiast, becoming a freelance photographer it amazes and saddens me that so many people especially police and security do not understand. Just because they do not spot or get spotting they are dismissive. Its a compulsion which has resulted in books magazines and much on line activity. And yet on TV you see entire programmes highlighting collecting eg Antiques Roadshow. When you are young and broke spotting gives the thrill of the chase and spotting with much cost! We own the item when we have seen and recorded it. So keep highlighting the illogical over bearing tyrants as they seek to harrass harmeless spotters.

Cool hand luke strikes again. We know you been doing audits for some time, but I got to say you are so on form in doing so. I for one wouldn't have the balls, especially if I had to deal with a few of them. However I have learned so much about our rights and laws from yourself and other auditors, that if iwas to be caught up in a situation with the police I would have a clearer understanding on how to deal with them, and that is thanks to you and all the effort you put in. Everytime you give your name to the police (NorPol10) at least. They'll run it via CIS first and then PNC for a trace. This leaves a footprint of the search including location, reason (stop & account) usually and the officer who requested it. If not legally required do not provide your name. Police rely heavily on social compliance for people to provide name & dob (min needed for CIS and usually PNC). If multi matches come back might ask for a place of birth and/or distinguishing marks, tats, eye colour, handiness. complexion, height etc... Be careful on stops. This PC also breached PACE regs by repeating the same questions (badgering) asking for last name.
