@@atwunz No. I think they harmed the series when Jason Statham was brought in as a villain. He was trying to kill them all, as was his brother in the sixth film, and then Jason Statham's character suddenly becomes a hero and is invited to the cookout. That is why Justin Lin came back to the series to right some wrongs. The character arc for Jason Statham's Shaw was too unbelievable and this did not go down well with fans and critics, or with Justin Lin.

Pretty much what Lucy said. It just didn't sit right w lot of audience members and director Justin Lin how Han is a family member of fast and furious crew. He gets killed off by Shaw and then Shaw becomes family and everyone in the Fast and Furious crew is cool with it as if they forgot he "killed" Han. Plus, Han is cool character.

I think Fast and Furious has got that ridiculous, they might as well bring back everyone from the dead. Love the franchise but it has lost its way somewhat.
