I have a 13.28kW system installed on my Property in Victoria and recently had a tree fall on our Power lines. Luckily the Salesman I dealt with Sold me this 3-Phase Battery Solution last year 12.8kWh. My home was backed up whilst all my neighbours were left in the dark haha. Amazing product. Very Happy customer.
Can't put a price on having the ability to still run a bore/pump for fire fighting...power is usually the first thing to go in a bushfire situation.. What a great investment.
Hi I have a 6kw sh6.ors hybrid sungrow inverter with 19.2 kW storage. I wanted to know how to activate the backup function. My backup output works only when there is the power grid in the absence it does not work, what did I do wrong? Thank you
I wouldn't recommended as a purely off grid inverter. However from memory the instruction manual does offer that option, I wouldn't however use it for that application.
Hybrid inverters are not suitable for Office Grid, look at Selectronic, Victron or SMA. Some will say a hybrid inverter is suitable for purely off grid but in reality they wont survive high surge and ambient temperatures.
Does the Sungrow SH series work OFF GRID without any battery? ( as soon as the solar panels are enough for the inverter to start and to provide energy)

Hi I do mention it in the video, I cant remember exactly but I think I said around $17k. Although now it would be around $23k as prices have risen a lot.
