This is the first time I've listened to Sunil Chhetri in a lengthy interview, and I must say that this is one of the best human talks I've ever heard. I'm not sure if this is because of the lack of media attention he has received or because he chooses not to engage in this kind of activity. He is an excellent speaker, full of nuggets of knowledge and insight, and I would not mind hearing about his chats and experiences on a regular basis after his playing career. Amazing human being who makes me proud to be both an Indian and a football fan. And thank you to Kunal and the team at cred to hosting this.
There's something magical in the way Chettri articulates his answers, it's like you can sense the passion, wisdom from his voice. His philosophy resonates strongly with me. A brilliant, candid interview and one that I'll keep coming back to.
Man, this video is like a self help book. We cannot even assimilate what he is teaching by viewing it just once. I need to keep coming back to this video and I will surely. Now I know why he and Virat are comrades, their thinking pattern resembles and all I can draw from these two is - you’re not doing it right, if people don’t call you mad, if your life isn’t boring, EMBRACE MONOTONY.
