I've been trying to bowl the knuckle ball since 6-7 years. I've come to the conclusion that it is just impossible to bowl. Sunil Narine is an incredible talent.
Put pressure to ball using middle finger and thumb keep index finger just as supporting...just a week practice to get correct length and u can bowl that
@@syednaqvi9212 press ball using middle finger and push middle finger forward while releasing, fast arm rotation release the ball just like carom ball release, first practice in tennis ball... I'll tell you one thing it's not an spin bowling action you can't give flight or airtime, it's almost like medium fast bowling
Sunil Narine is my favourite bowler. I've always wanted to bowl like him and I used to pause the video when he was bowling just to see how he grips the ball and I've so far been successful in taking wickets with Narine's bowling grip.
