I guess you start by getting the original track from an online music store like iTunes or on a CD, then load it into your computer and edit out the bits you won't use in your routine. Old school would be to use a record player and cassette recorder, then doing start stop on the record button to get the best parts. Finally burn your edit onto a blank CD and hand it to the officials so they can't play the wrong part (but beware of the wrong CD!)
