This was their first test flight to ISS with the Starliner. Hopefully they improve in future.

I don't get it, what happened to the ISS Staff?How do they return

The staff present there went in a SpaceX crew dragon spacecraft. Once their mission completes they will return and a new crew will fly from Earth. The crew dragon las limited number to seats to accompany people, watch the last 50 seconds again. Also ISS has multiple docking stations one of which is being used by the broke Starliner right now.
