We normally have beautiful blue skies and bright sunshine in the Sunshine State, and especially at Sunland. But last week it was more like Rainland but it was no reason not to do the video of this stunning 21'6" Rear Door Phoenix with an ATM upgrade. Inclusions summary at the end of the video. Roy do you do the rear club lounge and centre kitchen and separate toilet and shower with front bedroom cheers Michele

Why do you dislike the rear door? It's the best layout and most practical by a country mile if you ask me, although I realise these things are subjective :) I dislike the layouts where you walk straight into the bedroom, plus having the fridge, ensuite, pantry etc close to the door is more practical.
