This place is gorgeous, so bright, colorful & clean looking, I love anything mid-century. The food & the float looked great. Who cares if it's a little expensive? It's a vacation. YOLO! I enjoyed seeing some of the retro toys too, brings back happy childhood memories.
The Sunliner Diner looks like a fun 1950's themed diner. Great looking burger, fries, float, hotdog, chili and especially those onion rings. I do like beans in my chili and I do like ketchup on my hotdog. Seeing that you put mustard and ketchup on the hotdog, I will give that a try. That mile high carrot cake looks so good. Those model cars looked cool. I remember Turkish Taffy from when I was a kid. Fun video from Sunliner Diner.

The prices there seem reasonable for the area. The only thing missin from that chili cheese dog was onion for me. Looked damn good! Good on you Matt for stepping outside the box and tryin something new and unusual. I couldn't do it. Good review guys, enjoy your holiday weekend.

@@RaysontheRoad I would love that too however I have an autoimmune disease that flares when it feels like it (TMI, I know) and am just not up to a road adventure, which BTW was one of our favorite things to do. 😪If you are ever out this way, we will hook you up …hopefully one day I will be able to manage a road trip….thank you for brightening my day.
Our first visit we were seated in the pink Cadillac ! We've visited twice since. I'm ok with beans or no beans in my chili. I'm the oddball who likes a bit of mayo and mustard on my hotdog OR a chili dog with cheese and onions. I like that the menu is on the nostalgic newspaper. I'm really enjoying your reviews. That's really cool! We always wanted to eat in one of the cars there. The McDonalds location where we're from used to have a car you could eat in before they remodeled it with the new McDonalds prison motif. It was a fun experience.

Just found you and love the channel. Going to Pigeon Forge in Sept. Its one of my favorite places to go. I want to get a place in tennesse within an hour away or so in nice little city/town can you suggest places to look?

The houses have really gone up a lot but some people say there is still some affordable places a little further out. What places have you been looking so far?
