Short answer is yes you can use both together.Just create two consoles and map the keys on both in the usual way.

I will be working on a midi mapping video very soon :)

I guess the real question is how do operate them separately. Is it possible to put one unit on a different midi channel as opposed to then both responding to the same midi signal. Sunlite is treating both units as one unit. I.E. all the faders on both units respond exactly the same.
