Hi, do you know if the P2 model from Sunmi has the same printer? My device prints very poorly and I want to change the thermal printer. Good video brother.

Must of the devices use a thermal printer however all devices printer versions varies

The battery is held by an adhesive so a heat blower at a medium heat should slowly melt it off.

DO NOT TRY TO OPEN THE DEVICE. After I opened the device to see what model of printer it has, the device says "Attacked. Please contact your service provider". It becomes useless after that.

I’ve repaired multiple of the devices and this has never happened did you damage the board in some way?

@@its_a_mylesrepairs1244 I had to contact service support and they give me a code to unlock the device. That fixed the issue. I don't know what specifically triggered the alarm message, maybe something that I unplugged and then plugged.
