@@MultiTalentedAshish No. Bahana nahin tha. That was true. I lived through that period and was a movie buff too and was very well informed about the Bollywood incidents. Darr was released in the end of 1993 three months after Baazigar.. I saw it in December though. At the time of Shooting of Darr SRK was not a big star. It was after his first film Deewana and at that time Sunny was already an established star owing to his back to back Blockbusters like Ghayal and Damini. It was Yash Chopra who played trick or let's fairly say Cheated Sunny Deol by CUTTING off Lots of Meaty Scenes with Dialogues which glorified Sunny's image. There were lot of changes made in the plot even later by Yash Chopra only to promote the new Star SRK whom he liked. So that was unfair indeed. But not Bahana 😄

They take 0 rs from producers and when the films becomes successful and then they takes profit. When their films doesnt work they return all the money to their distributers and bears all the loss and saves distributors and producers.

I feel sorry for Dharmendra ji , I met whole family a few times, Dharmendra ji Is legendary will always remain in our hearts , many memorable films and songs forever green............he sons absolutely took fame for granted. Sunny deol been toliet since 90s Bobby deol fame now because of salman khan. Who has tremendous goodwill for Dharmendra ji Abhay deol - quiet underrated actor with talent. Sunny deol had even defaulted on a bank loan so bank wanted to sale off his property in auction.. But things went under wraps coz he is a MP and very well connected. But this is wrong. Have not heard any of the khans, kapoors or kumars being so unprofessional.
