Unboxing my new (cheap) exercise bike and assembly of the SF-B1110S by Sunny Health and Fitness. Great spin bike for under $250 and the best cheap, low-cost option in my opinion. This one is a chain drive system and has full adjustability, including adjustable fore and aft handlebars.
In this video, I also go over a basic bike fitting. Will be uploading a full instructional build video soon! I have noticed the Q Factor is very wide in my opinion.

Silly question, does this kind of bike help develop your leg muscles? I had a leg injury years ago and I'm thinking this might be a good way to get back my strength and get back into cycling.

I did adjust the angle of the flywheel for a better chainline, which helped slightly. What helped even more was reducing the chain tension.

So is that clicking normal? I have a sunny bike but afraid to use it due to that same sound. didnt want to ruin the flywheel if it wasnt normal

Yes, since this is a chain-driven model, the click sound is the chain hitting each of the sprockets and amplified by the metal flywheel. You can try to add more chain lube and play with the chain tension to quiet it down a bit.

I take class at soulcycle regularly and even on the lowest resistance, my flywheel is too heavy! I don’t know what to do. Is there a way to adjust the magnets? Or is the issue something else. Thanks!

Hmm sounds like the magnets are causing some resistance, even on level 0. You might want to see if the Soulcycle mechanics can check the resistance mechanism. I believe they use Stages bikes, and they should be a free & light spin at level 0.

I drive a road racing bike, but am thinking of getting an upright stationary bike. Does the chain driven bike feel more authentic or better than the belt driven bicycles? Does anyone know?

Those wheel bearings and shaft need replacing. If you saw fedex deliver mine, up a set of stairs, you would know why.

Oh no! The Fedex person that delivered my Schwinn IC4 was definitely careless with my bike, but surprisingly, it did not suffer any damage. Did you replace the bearings on your bike? Let me know how that went!

Yes, unfortunately this exact model is no longer available. I've noticed a lot of their high priced bikes don't even have fore/aft adjustable handlebars like this one :(

I would start by removing the plastic chain guard and check the flywheel alignment and chain tension.

I’ve purchased mine but I can’t find a way to fix the noise (same one in your video) while using it. Any advice? The more I tighten the knob the louder it gets. Purchased the recommended oil but nothing helps.
