It is comforting to read the messages left by others that have listened to this music. Although we do not know each other and will never meet, I am finding strength in their messages of hope and understanding. I have recently become separated from my loving partner of 9 years and I am suffering every minute of every day. I am starting therapy in a little over an hour from now and am hoping to gain added insight and awareness of what led us to where we are now. I still love that woman and I believe she still loves me. I pray that we can reconcile someday and pick up the shattered pieces of our lives, look at what we had and where we both lost our way together. Regardless of the outcome, I will strive to become a better person and will be more aware and sensitive to the needs of others.

This music really reduces my anxiety, feelings of guilt having wasted my time and got me to remain calm and start writing my assignment. A few days later and I'm one question away from finishing. Thanks very much for sharing it, the music has kept me sane as background noise while I write and construct coherent arguments in my essay :). If you've gone through the same process as me with study, keep on going. We'll get to the finish line before we know it!

If you come here because you need that little bit of peace, let me tell you please don't give up. You have to keep fighting. That stronger, faster, better you is waiting at the end of whatever battle you're fighting. It's not the end. It's only the beginning. You have to get up . Despite the numerous times you've been slammed into the ground you have to dust yourself off and ask "is that all you got?" Because you're strong. Know it. Own it. Trust me, I know. Something seems to be always happening and seems to be pulling me in the wrong direction. But in my own small way, I hold on to my faith and what is important in that moment. I refuse to let go. I push back against the dark places and I close my eyes and listen to this peaceful music and I find hope. As I said in my previous comment, please don't give up. Hold on to the small beautiful things. The small things matter also. Try to find hope in them to carry on. There is peace in nature around us. I almost gave up so many times but I'm still here. If I can make it, so can you. Look in the mirror and smile for yourself. Ok. You matter. Live on for the next life that you can touch.😊💚💛💗🧡🤗
