Sunny weekend with the Family 

Something ive done thats made me proud of myself: My mum passed away last march and i have just recently asked for help off counselling services im proud of myself for that

Alfie as a boyfriend to Zoe has always been my favourite Alfie.. but seeing Alfie as a dad makes my heart smile so much! You are the best dad Ottie is very lucky ❤️

I’m proud of myself for getting out of the house everyday. It may sound strange but I have an anxiety disorder that enabled me to go outside, but I’m doing it anyway. First it was just a 5 minute walk. Now I’m doing groceries again and going by public transport. Babysteps but getting there!

I was proud today that I cooked 198 primary school children dinner, absolutely love watching you and zoe, thankyou, I find both of you very healing

Something I'm proud of: I worked really hard for months in order to get accepted to a very good art & design academy, and I got accepted!! Loved the vlog Alfie, these always make me so happy 💕

Something I’m proud of: I’m a teacher and I kept a class and others safe during a situation that became dangerous quickly. Was pretty risky for me in hindsight but I kept it together and stayed as calm as possible.

For the past 10 years or so I've struggled with anxiety, this past year it has became unbearable and this past week I finally for the first time spoke to my doctor and am now in medication to help, its something so small to other people but to me it's a huge achievement ❤

The video is a complete mood haha “caffeine whip cream” and then Zoe in her Christmas pjs and just wacking the whip cream on the floor! Haha loved it!

I have been really enjoying these vlogs recently as they're so positive. I am fourteen and struggled with my mental health at the end of last year but as the weather gets sunnier, the daylight time longer I am generally much happier. I love how you show real life in away that is cheerful and it makes me notice all the brilliant things in my day to day. Recently, I've been going to a club at school were we play dungeons and dragons and I hosted my first game to day. Its only the beginning but I think I am pretty proud of the story I've created and the props to go along with it.

Loved this vlog! Something I did recently that I was proud of what getting promoted in my role 7 months into my job! Feels good to have your hard work recognized especially when we’re all working remote - a lot harder to prove your worth when you aren’t around managers in person!

Something I'm proud of: I just got to the year mark of living in another part of the country from my parents and in-laws. Me and my husband moved this time last year and it's been one of the scariest decisions (especially initially), but it turned out to be the best thing for us. We got a chance to start over and have a new, fresh life after having our first apartment burn down about 5 years ago.

You’ve been keeping me going working from home pregnant with my second little boy. - 25 weeks today which is a big achievement. Last year my little one came at 24 weeks it was a tough time was in nicu for 4 months home for two then he was diagnosed with a rare mitochondrial disease and passed away at 8 months. Was hard watching your videos and for Zoe to mention that if some viewers are finding it difficult to watch your vlogs was very thoughtful but now I’m pregnant again and can now manage, I am really enjoying them! Something I've recently done thats made me proud of myself: Last month I traveled all the way to California from the Netherlands on my own. I went there to meet my long distance boyfriend for the first time, after meeting online two years ago. I always used to be too anxious to travel but he gave me a good reason to face my fears. Now I feel like I can do anything!

Your videos has always put a smile on my face. When life is difficult I put your videos on and instantly feel a bit better. I’ve watched your videos since 2013 and realising that that’s almost 10 years is absolute madness. I was in high school when I started watching and I’m now a professional pastry chef & chocolatier. Time just flies by it’s actually crazy to think about how fast time goes by 🤯

I’ve really loved reminiscing and watching the old Zoe, Alfie and Mark vlogs lately. I love the dynamic that all of you have and then watching you and Zoe with Ottie and your family. Something that I’ve done to make me proud of myself is that I moved out of my family home into my own flat at 19 years old and got a new job. I just feel like I’m being more productive in this new year. Also, watching your videos makes me pursue that energy that your giving off to your viewers and I think that absolutely fab!

I've been stressed and depressed, honestly. The past 2 years have been rough. I barely sleep. I'm hoping I can find some less stressful feelings and be able to sleep and not wake up tossing and turning. It's cold here in the states (Boston), so I can't go on a walk yet. But hopefully the weather will be nicer so I can get out of the house and out of my head. Blessing to you all!

Something ive done that made me proud of myself is staying positive in sometimes very negative times. My boyfriend is from england and im from holland and we live together in the north of holland. He struggles sometimes but im more proud of him than me because he adapted so well and even tho it might be hard in certain situation, we are always there for each other and me being positive really helps❤

Something I’m proud of is that I’ve recently started couch 2 5K to better my fitness and to try and keep my body moving in a gentle way after having a coccyx injury. I've started to get into a routine with waking up earlier than I'm used to and going for walks, so far so good :)

I am proud of myself for getting back in the gym and doing more to maintain good health as I near 30. Ottie is just the most precious little bean I have ever seen, and I can only hope to be as blessed as you and Zoe someday.

something I've done recently that made me proud of myself is that i realised more who I am and seen the true colours of some people that made me feel bad without me even noticing how bad they were making me feel. i feel much more in tune with myself and proud to even realise it. Currently I'm wedding planning as i recently got engaged in October last year, enjoying time with my family and friends and trying to make more of an effort with fitness as i have got lazy. Something I am proud of is doing things for me, i tend to fill up any free time i get to make everyone happy but this Saturday i have no plans and i plan on doing some painting in our bathroom because I've been putting it off!!!!

Hey Alfie! I started watching your videos back in 2014 when I was a 13 year old in middle school. Which is so young and almost a decade ago! I used to watch every video you and Zoe would create throughout the years. Those videos practically raised me. They helped me become the person I am today. You used to always talk about mental health and how important it is to prioritize your mental health. You once said this one thing that has always stuck with me on why it’s so important to do therapy even if you think you don’t need to. (I’m paraphrasing), “you don’t go to the doctor only when you’re sick, you also go to the doctor to prevent yourself from getting sick, so that you can be the healthiest version of yourself”. And I stopped watching RU-vid as much as I used to in the last few years. But that has always stuck with me and I learned to actually practice that in my life. To make my mental health a priority. And now I’m watching one of your videos at 20. I’ve seen you grow into the person you are now, the partner and the father you have become. And it makes me so happy to see that you still preach about how important our mental health is, even if it’s just for a sponsorship. Thank you for all the amazing years of content and for the life lessons. 💖 To answer your question: I’m proud of how patient I have been with myself lately. It’s so hard going from being a teenager to an adult during the pandemic. Lost half of what should of been my college “experience”, just like most people my age. And it’s been hard to know what I want to do with my life, where I want to go. But I’ve been learning that all I have to do right now is focus on the work I do in the present, because that will lead me into the future. Planning as I go.

I took stress leave from work as I’m not in a good place mentally. Usually I would just try and chug along but not this time. Accepting my feelings, opening up to others, and doing what’s right for me - I’m really proud of myself for putting myself first for once. I also have booked my first psychologist appointment off the back of this!

I’ve experienced a lot of back pain recently. Last week I started doing back exercises daily. It has helped and I take much less pain killers as a result. Pretty proud of myself😊

I had a really unhealthy relationship with my parents and quite a traumatic childhood so something I am really proud of is how I have bonded with my baby girl who was born May 21, I was so fearful my whole pregnancy that my mental health would stop me loving her and that we wouldn’t bond and I am proud of how far I have come in raising her and loving her! Ps. You sent me and my fiancé a wedding message in 2019 and now we both have daughters!!!!

For the first time ever I didn’t procrastinate a project and stay up all night to do it. It’s a habit I’ve been hoping to break my whole life. Even though I just moved to Paris and my coursework is more than I’ve ever done I’ve still managed to keep myself productive and efficient whilst having fun. Thanks Alfie!

I hope this doesn't offend you but I've been watching you for so long just noticing the crinkle wrinkles around your eyes now as obviously you're older than you were when I started watching in like 2011 and it makes me so happy because those are the kind of signs of aging that show that your life has been happy and you smile and laugh enough that the memories get etched into your face. I just love that that is how your face is growing older, through joy!

The something that I am proud of myself for is not necessary something I’ve done, but more of a mindset shift. After being so unfit all my life, I started in November last year trying to get into looking after my body better. I’m proud of myself for wanting to do better and that on my fitness rest days, I’m looking forward to the next active day rather than dreading it. ❤️

Something I’ve done that made me proud of myself is building on my anxiety over the last two years I’ve suffered really bad with my health and had to have an operation but because of covid no one was allowed with me for me it was a massive deal because of my anxiety but I ploughed through it and in the end I have seen how far I have come over the last few years with developing my confidence and positive mental attitude 😌

Reading the comments, I realize how different everyone’s life is. I’ve been having a tough time lately. I’m not sure if it’s the cold here in Canada that makes me hate productivity or maybe my body is just telling me to rest but I haven’t done much lately that made me proud other than waking up and going to work. I did a workout a couple of weeks ago but haven’t been keeping up with it. I should get back into it. I always feel much better mentally when I workout consistently.
