It will be nice if you can give some example of the cost, or some range of pricing, this way people will know if it worthwhile to get quotes on their project. And your people can work more efficiently to deal with more qualified customers as people who cannot afford will not bother to get a quote

Sunrooms, especially ones with glass roofs are a window cleaners best friend and a maintenance nightmare. You can never keep the exteriors clean: rain, birds, pollen, how close you are to a major road (road dust), etc. I speak from experience, my wife and I had one installed on our last home. Want to know a dark little secret the sunroom salesman won’t tell you? Birds love to fly into them and kill themselves. No joke! You’ll find dead birds on a regular basis.

A friend said the same thing about birds, sometimes they crash into patio doors too. How unfortunate, I think we should come up with a strategy to avoid such accidents.

Very nice and unique design. But I think it would be better to get the Louvered Pergola Top they sell with the glass sides of this one since it would be easier to clean the side glass panels on the side than then top ones. Personally, if I didn't already redone the outdoor patio cover in a wood, I would have gotten the louvered pergola from the company.

The price for a a 22 x 16 x 10 foot structure was quoted as $90 K by a competitor. How much would you guys quote for the same? I am looking at chinese material and i am able to wrap up the whole project for $40K!!! If your pricing is good, you will get my business.

90k!?! I can get an entire granny flat built for that (with kitchen, batheoom, plumbing, electrical work, etc). This is a box with sliding glass panels. Maybe 20k tops! 90k?!? Even 40k is ridiculous.
