@@chuckgamble5696 That finals run wasn't a good gauge on the team. They literally faced Lakers with both AD/Lebron injured, Nuggets with no Jamal Murray, then Clippers no Kawhi.

The point is this new owner thought he was going to make a splash and anyone (apparently you as well) with any basketball IQ saw that it wasn't going to work. Nothing about this team compliments each other. The old Suns did that much.
You give these punks all the money in the world and then when you ask them why their game is trash they get defensive. These guys don't give a crap about anything but their own brand and their own money. This is the team they created. They were supposed to be the super team. But all they wanted to do was play ball hog ISO hero ball and then when the reporters call them on this trash team they created they tell them their wrong and to get a life. The garbage minutes they give him at the end of the game is ridiculous, he needs to come off the bench a lot sooner, the team has had no spark from the bench this series besides from Gordon and Eubanks anyways.
The Suns have been told that they are loaded with offense. The Wolves have players equally as skilled as your best. The wolves bench is far superior to the Suns.

I’m shocked Bradley Beal wasn’t on the top of that overrated poll. The guy has had a huge contract for years and hasn’t made a significant difference on any time. His time on the wizards he accomplished no playoff success. His numbers were big cause he was the best on that team. How did he get a pass on that list???
After seeing these these two talk (and I know it’s following another ugly loss) but they sound like there souls/spirits have been sucked out by my amazing Wolves team 😊 In my opinion I think it’s safe to say this series is a WRAP! 😮🏀🐺🔥

I don’t understand these guys are Professional and KD is one of my favorite players. They have three issues, turnovers, defense, and rebounding. I think they need to play Bul and try Thomas at the point to see how it works or they going home period.

@@judahchild2612 Not sure if you're reveling in this or not, but it's more complex than that. Monty WAS a defensive coach (or at least someone on his coaching staff was) because he's had a good defense before with the Suns, but he also could coach offense. They fired Monty because of the strained relationship between him and DA (ik you remember that). Ayton is the reason i think they hired Frank Vogel, given his history with getting the most out of bigs (usually as a defensive anchor) with DA's stature. Ayton still wanted to leave though, which screwed up everything. That left the Suns stuck with Frank, with no way of implementing a top 5 defense without Ayton. With Frank NEVER coaching well on the offensive end, this team ended up being very inconsistent.
Beal had over 30 against the Wolves in the last game of the seasons he averaging 18-19 on a team where he had to change his game I feel next year he will get comfortable and the Suns will have a better year the Heat will LeBron took year two to get going
Bradley Beal is🗑️ Kevin Durant you not the same KD from golden state days or the KD that was in Brooklyn and gave Milwaukee a run for they money with a short inch of a toe, so the most you get out of you is 27 maybe even 30, depending on how long teams double teaming you the whole night, and Booker can't hit threes this year, so I see y'all going home in the first round in your future
The reason KD was able to do what he did in GS and that Nets series in 2021 was because he had far superior coaching. Steve Kerr is among the GOATs of coaching and Ime Udoka and Mike D'Antoni was on the Nets coaching staff in 2021. After the 2021 season KD's had trash coach after trash coach (excluding Monty, who he didnt get a full season with).
The Suns' offensive gameplan of "take contested jumpers in iso" and defensive gameplan of "flop and pray" aren't working in the postseason. Who could have imagined that?
As a suns fan I can clearly say that this Suns team have no identity and team chemistry. They have more talent, but this Timberwolves team have a system and identity and they play together.

In 2021 and 2022, the Suns were loaded with depth and had a complete team, but they lost to the Bucks in the Finals and the Mavs who both had the best player in those series. The Suns lacked star power and Booker needed a co-star. Look at every single championship team in the last 20 years, they all had a top 5 player… So they traded away their depth and all their assets for KD, and now we’re stuck with this top heavy $230 million dollar first round exit that we mortgaged the future for. I’m jealous of the Wolves who are in a great position because they’re stacked with depth and they have who I think will be the best player in the league when he’s close to his prime in Ant Man. They’ll have the best player in every series, and McDaniels, Reid, Ant, KAT, etc. are all young and can continue developing together. Neither star power or depth will ever be an issue for them. They have the foundation in place to compete for championships for many years.

The coach he gotta go simple and plain he’s trash. Classic case of be careful for what you ask for. They had a great young team. and this new owner came in hott and broke it up. This team will be a bad team for years to come. Cause they gave up great young talent. And Every pick they had. And now there stuck with a half billion dollars in contracts. They had a team that was fun to watch, but never would've won. They were extremely lucky to have gotten to the finals in 2021 due to all the teams they played being injured. They wanted talent to put around Booker and got it. The issue is mainly coaching. The FO hired Frank most likely because of the bad blood between Ayton and Monty and Frank's ability to coach players like DA. Frank has always had great success with players with Ayton's build and ability, especially on the defensive end. Ayton wanted to be traded, which ruined everything and the Suns had already hired Frank.
They have no real offense of plays they think they just gone go out there and when because they got 3 stars but they have no options and plays KD sits in the corner all 3rd quarter and don’t barley get the ball they don’t attack the basket to draw fouls they have no heart KD need to turn it up
In 2022, I talked MAD s*** to Mavs fans after the Suns went up 2-0. During game 7, I had to turn off my phone and mute all notifications when it turned back on because they all came after me and kept my receipts. Wolves have only been out of the first round once in their 34 year franchise history, so I understand yall are naive with playoff series. But you’ll eventually learn to hold back on the trash talk until your team reaches 4 wins. When you’re up 2-0, you feel like it’s over. When you’re down 2-0, you also feel like it’s over. But series are rollercoasters that have many twists and turns. Series is far from over.
Frank Vogel has not helped the Suns Defensively and that was supposed to be his strength! He’s being out coached and player the Big Three way to many minutes! We gave up our bench to get Durant and Beal and it’s come back to Haunt us! THIS SERIES IS OVER! Figure out a way to improve the bench during the off season and plan for next year!
Now that I have watched these two games, as a wolves fan, I now know why Booker is hated. Dude is a son. A child. So annoying to watch him create contact offensively at every move. He can't handle the heat.
