Morning uthkar ke ek glass mein chia seed bhiga ke Pani Peete Hain phir uske bad mai methi aur jeere ka Pani piti hun uske bad 1 ghante walk karke 10 min skipping karke aadhe ghante yoga Karti hun.. uske baat 10 patte ka ek gilas neem ka juice Peete Hain.. uske bad 1 ghante bad main ek gilas smoothie banakar piti hun jismein ek Chhota spoon flaxseed, pumpkin seeds sunflower seed panch badam sattu aur urban spoon protein powder dalkar bnati hun.. Lunch- 2 roti 1 bowl dal one bowl salad jisme cucumber aur beetroot ka salad hota hai aur jo sabji Bani Hui hai o khati hun. 3-4 bje k aaspaas main glass juice piti hun jismein ek bhi Tut ek gajar to aanwala aur aadha lauki dal ke juice banate hain.. uske bad sham ko ek bread peanut butter ke sath khati hun.. Dinner-do roti sabji Raat mein salad nahin khati kyunki Mera man nahin hota hai.
