Hello my friend! To create a meditation channel, you may upload videos using one or more approaches such as presenting meditation/yoga/exercise techniques (if you have the relevant background) or presenting music that relaxes our minds or have some sort of soothing effect (you may either get technical or just use your sense of music). For a relaxation music channel, you would need music (your own or collected royalty-free with appropriate rights), background content (again your own or collected with appropriate rights), video-making software and associated skills. Above all, you need to have the passion to create content that will possibly provide some help for the viewer/listener. You need to create content that you yourself would like; only then you may hope the same from the viewers. You are asking the viewers for a few minutes from their precious time - think it that way. The metrics that YT algorithm looks for promoting your video up in the search results are decided by the viewers. Some channels focus on quantity and some on quality. I find it reasonable to make a balance between the two. I wish you all the best!
