SunStroke Project will represent Moldova at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv with the song Hey Mamma! They won the National Final in Moldova on the 25th of February 2017. The return of the SunStroke Project also means the comeback of the Epic Sax Guy to the Eurovision Song Contest. He became an internet meme after SunStroke Project's performance in the Eurovision Song Contest of 2010 in Oslo

Well if that's what you think, you should start travel in Europe and discover one place called ex Yugoslavia and there you will find some poorest countries in Europe like Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, ... but anyway, I can probably think that Moldova can be poor but for sure not as these countries.

I love this. This is very different from what we have now and it's actually modern (unlike previous Moldovan entries). I truly hope this makes the final, because it's happy, celebrating and still a bit cultural in some parts. This is what Eurovision is about.
