Nice amenities! Although I still haven´t seen a very nice apartment from Sunway. Nothing premium yet at least hmm. PS...supercool to see my old place, Icon city. Loved that apartment with amazing views/windows. Sad that its so "abandoned".
Yeap, certainly very unique facilities. Haven't come across another condo which has a lazy river to date. Quite high maintenance in my opinion. Icon City is problematic. The dark external facade is just weird. Recalled that they had major issues of water gushing into the corridor whenever it rains, and the video went viral. It was just bad. Sunway Geolake is quite solid, should take a look if you haven't done so. On par with Mont Kiara luxury condos but not KLCC standard just yet.
Nice review. Common area is nice but once you step out from the residence floor lift, everything is bad. The residence lift floor design is pretty low cost feel and the corridor size also quite narrow, even the unit main door colour also feel like cheap development.
Interesting. I thought vertical landscape would only refer to those wall plants which are flat and continously plants. Nevertheless, awesome indeed by Sunway.
The units are so basic for that high price! How awful is the view towards the free trade zone, and into the neighbouring units. Am I right this condo got only 1 road access?
Price factors in the facilities and not just the unit itself. View is average, not the best, but certainly not awful. Awful will be facing some other high rise and looking into another condo directly, with no view of the city. Yeap, only 1 access road, but can be approached from different directions, so it's still decent.
I don't think so. They probably got the idea from Arte Plus @ Jalan Ampang. That condo had a lazy river, but Sunway took the idea further to make a bigger one. Hence, Sunway's marketing shout that it has the "longest lazy river in a condo in KL", and not the "first and only one".
Very bad gym, can barely do the basic weight lifting, more like a cardio room, paying for high monthly maintenance fee and still have to drive out to a commercial gym. Would not consider this place at all.
Errr....its tight but certainly possible. 2 and a half tiles is approximately 75cm width. A top load 12kg washing machine, width will be under 60cm. I got myself a combo 2-in-1 washer dryer for my unit at M-Vertica (yard also just as tight as Sunway Serene), the width of that model is also just under 60cm. So yes, possible to put in a mid size washer or a combo washer dryer.
Yeah, reviewed Verando right after I did Sunway Serene. They also have the 3+3 entrance, but not as wide and grand as the one at Sunway Serene in my opinion.
@@kenminlim3598 didn't really liked it, especially with the unit layout of bathrooms behind the living room wall. That means no view for the guest room. What on earth was the developer thinking of...?!?!
