you can jump or sidestep it, it works like a grab. if akuma can do fireball FADC he's gonna catch you, so if he counter hits and gets the two 1 jabs, you're eating it. If it's just one, just jump.

this isn't tekken, it's time the community just banned 2d characters from tournaments, as a casual if I see an akuma player I never replay them win or lose, I just don't care
