SPOILER for the knocking at 2:01:41, but if any of you want to know more about it, click read more. The knocking is a story mode-specific, day 12 event, and is just in the server room vents. Nothing else is associated with it.

I got scared by Kerfus too, even though I read that Kerfus couldn't find any broken servers and was actually expecting it.

2:01:41 Apparently both you and Chat missed the bright yellow Ghost orb on the left side of the screen that materialized out of nowhere...I think it went into the vents, whichis probably the noise you heard. lol
