@@名無し太郎-p4z 現行国産スポーツカーだけでも Civic Type R、GR Yaris、GR Corolla、GR Supra、GR86/BRZ、RC F、GT-R、Fairlady Z、Swift Sport、Roadster、Copenといろいろありますし、それ以外の車種と外車も含めると大量に魅力的な車がある。そう考えると内燃エンジン最後の当たり年ですかね。

Yep, a muted turbo flat-plane crank V8. Totally comparable with the classic V12's Ferrari made. Not. A dull, uninspired sound if there ever was any in a supercar. Compare it with a Lamborghini Countach V12 or Ferrari's own Berlinetta Boxer 512. Better still - Ferrari's flat-12 Formula 1 cars of the 70's make the F40 sound positively tame, however fast it was.

@@jamesshunt5123 - Agreed. The only thing that lets the F40 down in my eyes. It's why I have the Mclaren F1 above it because it has all the same aspects as the F40 but faster plus the BMW V12 sounds glorious.

ギア比の差だとおもう。 512とNSXは1～5速の減速比はさほど違いはないんだけど、ファイナルの減速比がNSXが4.062で512が3.214になってて、そのぶんNSXのが出足がいいんだとおもう。 最高速のほうも、NSXは5速の減速比なら7000rpmで266km/hあたりなんでエンジンの美味しい回転域あたり最高速に達するようにできてますね。

漫画「シャコタン☆ブギ」作中で、ジュンちゃんがNSXでテスタロッサを追う場面がありましたねー。

Ash your opinion on how they have aged is fine and it's your opinion even though I don't agree with it as I think the NSX has aged better then an R34GTR and even though I like the RX7 I think the NSX has aged better and especially the 02+ facelift NSX. But Slow compared to what? and There is no problem with having the engine behind you and not much engine noise enters the cabin unless you thrash it(and then most people don't mind hearing the engine) or if you modify with a loud exhaust.

Quentin Courtonne 273 km/h was top speed on this track, RUF goes for 340 km/h. It was the fastest car in 80th and early 90th

どちらかというと最後の古典的スーパーカーではないかとおもう。 ボディパネル以外はチューブラスペースフレームの保守的な作りですし。 マクラーレンF1やF50のが近・現代スーパーカーの先駆けでしょう。

浜茄子太朗さんのおっしゃる通り。F40は最後の古典的スーパーカー。発表時点でもポルシェ959なんかと比べると古い感じがした。 ただマクラーレンF1とフェラーリF50では4～5年隔たりがあるので、現代的なスーパーカーの始祖はマクラーレンF1とブガッティEB110だと思います。　もしくはその3年ほど前に発表されたジャガーXJ220かな。

This test is useless. Stefan Roser did 300 kph on the german autobahn alone. On the volkswagen test track it reached 338 kph. it was by far the fastest car at that time. And if that should be a drag race between f40 and Ctr, i forget myself. You can clearly see and hear, that the driver is shifting very early in the low revs.
