追伸です。きんぴらごぼう、焼飯、とんかつ、鶏の唐揚げ、ラーメン、ほうれん草の胡麻和え、関東煮、餃子、かつめしセット、春雨の酢の物、おでん、ビーフカツレツ、フルーツサラダ、こだわりプリン、厚揚げ、チャーシュー、アーリオオーリオ、ちゃんぽん、焼飯ラーメンセット、カツ煮定食、唐揚げ定食、和風ラーメン、あんかけ焼きそば、千成チャーメン、美味しそうですね。お母さん、お元気でがんばってくださいね。

it is kind of nice that the owner from the first business would try to introduce the camera crew to the different businesses around that market. it was interesting the system he developed to integrate the ingredients/foods from other market vendors into his menu... and how he would allow customers to bring in foods from the other vendors (I guess at the end of the day it is the same as when they order it off the menu). but that first store (Ichiba Shokudo) they seem to really try to make the customers happy

with how cheap it is even for their set meal and packed meal, i'm not even surprise if it's also a hot spot for students to get their meal every day. plus, with how very welcoming all of the store owners seem. wishing great prosperity for all the stores in the market area

美味そうな品ばかり❗️ 杭瀬市場は月イチは寄るのに、未訪でした。早速行かなきゃ😅 ご主人や調理のお母さん、スタッフさんの、腕と立居振舞が素晴らしいです😊 小型スチコンが最大限に活用されてるのも凄いし、くだけた開放感いっぱいのお店もいいですね。焼きそばは、北市場の三和製麺所さんかな？　と思ってたら、53:50で店名が出て納得♪ ここの麺、大好きなので。食材の贅沢さに驚きの価格→やっぱ、尼最高😀
