It actually is; Peter von Gomm voiced X and Flame Hyena in _Mega Man X7_ and is also White Bomberman, here. Got to say though, he's gotten better with time.
I love the distinct personalities the Bomberman Bros. all have in this game ^_^ We got White being responsible and the leader, Black being Mr. Cool, Red is hot-headed, Green is good at manipulating his older siblings since he's the youngest, Pink is sweet, Aqua is usually calm and not wanting to take in on violence, Blue loves to doze off, and Yellow is just playful and mischievous.
14:59 I'm dying. Can't believe that Black Bomber would go from cool as a cucumber to in a pickle around karaoke Bomber! But it is rather cute to see them together! I ship it! 💞😊
Spike2737 because at first the BMan Bros. never even recognize her (i had no idea how she got that OW THE EDGE look after she got scrapped, perhaps the Five Dastardly Bombers have attacked already before these events happened? and i dont think if this is even a follow up to Super Bman 5)
I wonder, that nobody actually is mentioning, that this game is a reboot of Super Bomberman 3 from the SNES. ^.^ Maybe because it never released in the US? If you compare the opening with with the one from Super Bomberman 3...you see some things, that are identical to this. Ok, the Bomberman Bros. were back then only Black Bomber and White Bomber. But the Destardly Bombers are the same with the same name, except Brain Bomber, which is renamed to Phantom Bomber for whatever reason. Bugglar is the shortned version of Bagular, how he was named back then. I must say, it's pretty interessting they reboot an old game instead of doing something really new. ^.^

I hope there's a sequel to this game! with a story that's like Bomberman Online, where the Bomber Bros. receive an invitation or challenge to some intergalactic Bomberman tournament. XD
if they would plan a sequel, maybe they should think of something original when it comes to making a group of evil bombermen rather than reusing/rehashing old ones (i dont think i would be satisfied on a Four Bomber Kings (Super Bomberman 4) rehash or a Fiendish Bombers (SB5) rehash)

I gotta say, I REALLY liked that sick violet aura that Emperor Buggler has all around him, it kinda makes him look like an pure evil villain or a literal threat that oozes boundless danger, just my opinion.
This is the only good reboot I have seen in a gaming franchise. Giving personalities to the different bombermen adds a lot of flavor and much needed rowdiness to the Bomberman universe.
The only part I hate about this is the reunion between pink bomber and pretty bomber. Pink bomber was happy to see her, and the love stuff ends in a way that feels so rushed. It’s almost as if Pretty bomber doesn’t care about her siblings.
Its weird how every bombers changed and are given different personalities: White - Being Heroic, Any other games doesn't need to have personality. Black - Being Cool, Despite him being an old arch nemesis back in '94. Red - Being Bombastic, While originally being a generic bomber. Blue - Being Drowsy, But was just another generic bomber like Red. Green - Being Childlike, Which is weird in Bomberman Land he's a bookworm. Yellow - Being Playful, Again just like Red and Blue he was just generic. Pink - Being Sisterly, But she's a new one since she looks like Pretty Bomber. Aqua - Being Soft, Strange in Bomberman Land there was a Male Aqua Bomber. The Dastardly Bombers changed, Golem & Phantom lack their emblems and Pretty being Karaoke: Magnet - Being Spoiled, Well in Super Bomberman 2 he's the same size as the others. Golem - Being Trusting, Whats weird is his body is just a mech suit while without it he's normal size. Phantom - Being Deceiving, His name used to be Brain Bomber in Super and Tournament. Karaoke - Being Lustful, She got that new outfit probably from being reactivated by Bagura. Plasma - Being Honorable, So he was mean't to be a guardian before being scrapped.
Lillie Nebby (I know this comment is from a year ago) Sure they breath in space, but realistically and logically traveling in a spaceship is faster and much more convenient. Plus you can’t really control where you float in space.
@@q-b6885 (I know this comment is from a year ago) They can't breathe in space, outer space is a vacuum so there's nothing to breathe at all, the correct wording would be "they can live in space" and also they are robots, so they don't breathe overall.
When I saw the first cutscene posted by Konami, I thought "oh no this going to be like teen titans GO!" but then I played the game and loved every other second of dialog.
I'm 2 years late but I was literally just thinking that!!! I was watching the cutscenes of puyo puyo Tetris 2 and when Sig's part happened I was like, "Huh why does this remind me of blue from Bomberman R?"
