I've seen this Comercial back when I was a kid in the 90s it wasn't cheesy then& it wasn't now some people just don't appreciate what greyhound trying to make & this song was great 68 or less was a great deal back then

Is that Redd Foxx blowing out the 68 candles on the birthday cake in the opening of this ad (0:00-0:02)? I've always wondered that for years because it sure looks like him...I remember watching this on television way back when. Redd was 68 years old in 1990 when the ad aired on American television; sadly, he succumbed to a massive heart attack on the set of his sitcom "The Royal Family" the following year.
