We're baking here in lower Alabama 101degree high today. If that beautiful Tiffin was mine, I'd head to a cooler climate for a while. I love that Tiffin Motorhome and pride of ownership shows.
I just wanted to send you a note on how much I appreciated talking to Mike at your company on Monday. I had a question about if I bought a coach from you are you guys able to service it for its annual maintenance. Mike assured me that you guys can handle all of that. He also thought that that would be a good thing for you to talk about in your RU-vid video as well. We look forward to being a customer soon and can’t wait to do a business with a company like this .
What was the special huge option that you referred to when you were stepping into the coach and mentioned that you might start offering it on future units?
Anything pre-Covid from Tiffin is good…after Covid…not so much…Customer service from Tiffin nowadays does not exist…Their buying back coaches now the ones that have major quality issues…Lee Tiffin is not communicating with customers on repair or replacement situations…I’d do business with Sewell Motorcoach…When dealing with repairs…I’m sure Sewell Motorcoach would go to bat for the customers
