A fantastic video and idea, we'll give it a try. That looks like a Melamine sponge? You could just wet that (it may work without the degreaser too?). Dont get it near to your paint or glass though, it might scratch (microscratches).

Thank you! Do you know if Dawn dish soap will work and also any suggestions on how to clean the WHITE plastic and very porous trim on my car exterior… It looks like it has gray mold all over it but it’s not mold.

Will this method remove minor scratches too????

It would make more sense if you would just spray or saturate the sponge.
