Break is a very important PVP stat. It really depends on the block of the people you are fighting

Ah, you are asking about something else than this video. In my cheat sheet video I explain all of the choices including the elements. Earth is a good choice for dragon fighter as well, but they aren't really tanky and need to kill people quickly so fire

The only ranking is CP which means almost nothing. On that server the top CP is 8.3 million, but the highest in that game was 5.1 if that helps

I'm not spender too but he's build sucks for mm. Even killing a bot is hard for him. No direction build,super low Crit /good Pierce/super low Inc dmg and super low adventurer dmg. Not good for Damage dealer. Better he play Gladi on he's stats and use tank build.
