sponge fingers: 300 g (11 oz)
sugar: 100 g (3.5 oz)
eggs: 2 pc
lemon: 1 pc
starch: 50 g (1.8 oz)
milk: 500 ml (17 fl oz)
white chocolate: 100 g (3.5 oz)

No. As per Indian vegetarians, egg is not included in vegetarian.

Yes but some recipes call for buttermilk and then you can add lemon juice to milk to curdle it to make your own buttermilk but she's making a custard and you can see it is not curdled because of the starch she put in, probably corn starch.
