Goku vs Superman 3 didn’t feel as controversial as the others. Could be that the analysis was more convincing, but also because it was just a stellar episode with arguably their single best fight animation and a respectful ending for both characters

Brandon Yates, Super is my favorite track made by you and my favorite track in all of Death Battle! Goku is my BOI and Superman is the most well known DC hero. So this rocks!

One thing i love about this song is that its not about wondering who might win, but Goku realizing he will never beat superman but is still having fun. Superman on the other hand doesn't like goku's obsessive drive to fight, he can appreciate the kind heart underneath while have fun sparring with someone who can take one of his punches.

Well, this is just a fan made fight so its not really an actual conclusion, but if we take the highs of each character then goku literally solo's DC except The omnipotent characters, cuz Goku is relative to beerus who one shotted arale who best akira toriyama, or when goku transcended his fictional story and came to real world and many more insane feats. On average goku wins, but if you take Goku (Super) and you pit him against CAS then obviously goku loses but if you pit CAS to CC goku then yeah CC goku like one shots. BTW both CC goku and CAS have plot manipulation, soo yeah.

@fictionalfan7024 oh for fucks sakes, DB is weaker than DC no matter which way you look at it. Goku, beerus, whis and Zeno get curbstomped by the DC heavy hitters. Please realize that and just enjoy the characters for who and what they are. The moment goku becomes more powerful than superman, his story is over, he has reached the apex and there is nowhere for him to go but down.

I honestly didn't really care for Alive on its own. It works fine for the fight, but the lyrics don't really fit the characters. But seeing how it's become so ingrained into the series and how it evolved while being mixed with lines that's much more fitting for the optimistic joy these two inspire feels like it's taken a journey to become more authentic, just like DB itself wanted to make this fight true to both.

Last night I had a dream about a new death battle episode. It was about two niche characters my brain probably made up because I cannot remember anything about them. But at the end of the credits, it said the next Death Battle was going to be Goku which caused me to go (wtf, again? so soon?) only for it to be vs Freiza. Which caused me to get hyped, thinking we'd get a full Goku vs Superman tier Goku vs Black Frieza. My dreams better be a damn premonition because I want to see more of Black Frieza in Death Battle.

Rooster Teeth paid a Tunecore subscription to keep the songs up. When Rooster Teeth was shut down, nobody could pay the subscription, so Tunecore pulled all the songs (as is their policy). I won't let that happen again.

Tho the changes in God’s Hand, That’s No Moon, and Super are minuscule (for good reason), they still bangers for coming back crazy as ever. I can only imagine what a DB song from like Season 6 can sound like after remaster! Looking forward to the few that have been collaboratedly made between Brandon and Therewolf!

The remastered track art and score are so good, you could say that they are quite SUPER. ... Ignoring the obvious pun, it is nice to see the songs get remastered after they got taken down. It will be nice when all of the season 10 songs get their remasters despite how good they already were.
