1.5-2 litre water
mandi rice:
½ Cup oil
2 sliced onion
3 tbsp ginger garlic and green chillie paste
1 cinnamon stick
1tbsp zeera
3 black cardamom
sal to taste
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
2tbsp coriander powder
1tbsp roasted zeera powder
½kg yogurt
garnishing:
4-5 tbsp black raisins
2 tbsp cashews
small bowl of fried onions
