I’ve had the privilege of seeing them together at the 21’ Huntington Beach air show. I’ll remember that day the rest of my life. 3 million people on the beach with me watching this!!!
Awesome video ! That SuperDelta with the Blues and the Birds was spectacular ! Nice job getting that angle / perspective for that . Definitely to thumbs-up bro , well done 👍👍🇺🇲
Had the incredible experience of seeing the Blues and Thunderbirds in the F4 era 1969-72 at Abbotsford. Thunderbirds had single solo but still awesome. The teams rotated every other year at Abbotsford. Super delta pretty darn close to that awesomeness!
Spencer, nice video, well done! What Super Stars! I have been licensed since 1990, yet I never forget the privilege of flight. These men and woman are in a class of disbelief.
Hi Spencer...awesome video!!!!...I would like to ask...I am thinking about going to El Centro early Saturday morning...is there going to be any practices on the day and do you have any recommendations... Absolutely love your channel
Thank very cool. Who are the better pilots Navy or Air Force? I guess they are all equal but landing on a postage stamp floating in the ocean must be so hard.
Is this something relatively new where the T-Birds go to NAF El Centro? I vaguely remember that them being together during the show season was rare as they want to spread out their recruiting and reach more audiences.
In the beginning you showed the Thunderbirds and the Blu Angels taking off and the showed them flying together but then in the end of the video you were so into the Thunderbirds that you lost track of the Blue Angels who carry on while the Thunderbirds land and go down off the runway to give way for the
Sorry for cut off to give way for the Blue Angels to come in and land which unfortunately you missed at the end of the video good photography but needed two cameras and needed two Cameramen to do all the photography with The Thunderbirds and the Blue Angels because when they split into two groups then the Thunderbirds is at one end and Blue Angels is at the another end till they all come together but not for long then they split again and then the Thunderbirds descend to land while the Blue Angels are still doing their show the the Blue Angels descend to land after the Thunderbirds have cleared the runway for the Blue Angels thank you so much for sharing your beautiful video 👍👍😀😀🌹🌹♥️♥️👍👍📷📷✈️🛫🛬👍👍♥️♥️
The family model of the F-16 had to remove some fuel capacity to add the 2nd seat. The Birds always fly it with the centerline tank to make up for it. Yes, usually the jet is 7 & 8 when going show to show, but the number is changed to when used in the diamond (usually #4) In this case, they were interflying Blue Angel pilots of the same number to see how the other service does things in that position, so they added the 2 seater, changed the number, and sent it
I don't think the Thunderbirds are quite as good as the Blue Angels. I mean a dirty roll on takeoff? Of course, part of that is that the F/A-18 is massively more powerful than the F-16, so there is that.
