I played the original version on the ps3 last year after I got into the soulsborne craze and I loved it, but I never actually beat the game. When I got my hands on my Ps5 this year I was excited to play the game again, and I beat the remake in about 10 hours and only died about 15 times. I'm not sure if it's because the remake is easier, but I don't think it really is, I just think that after playing all the other games in the series, demons souls is a cakewalk in comparison.
