Red pepper 7.5kg
Garlic 2.5kg
Young ginger 2.5kg
Chinese prickly ash 0.5kg
Salt 1.5kg
Rapeseed Oil 2L
Chop pepper, garlic, and ginger and put them in a large bowl. Add pepper, salt and stir well. Heat a large pot of canola oil, bring to a boil and let cool. Cover the chili paste with oil. In this way, it can be easily stored for a year or even longer, and the color can also be kept bright, and the taste becomes more fragrant with time.
