You should have a splash guard on machine. Stripper will remove paint from the walls etc. A long handle scrapper is faster and easier to do corners edges. A commercial grade dehumidifier will remove 3 gallons of water from the air in 6 hours time. I always call and tell them to turn the air conditioner on . No air i charge more $$$$. The Floor finish that dries slow dries bad.
I had a small cleaning/floor business 20 years ago and I’m thinking about starting up again. Obviously technology is way more advanced these days. Can you recommend some machines for cleaning commercial tile floors?
I have a few questions. Your process seems much more efficient. I run a crew for a school district, and we do it very differently. After applying the stripper, once you start using the swing machine, doesn't the pad get gunked up? Do you always go all the way down?
