I really like some old tunes made in... idk but very long time ago :DD Country doesn't matter in most of situations (or at all). I really like some Russian tunes and Katyusha is one of my favorites!
I was really surprised and very glad that this theme was remixed in one NES game I played recently (thanks NSO). It's really banger and you should listen the original version! I tried to make my remix to have both elements (original Katyusha and this USSR theme) shown.
The girl name is Katyusha and she's from Girls und Panzer. You can call it a clickbait but hey: it's anime girl :))

Russian folk music is so damn catchy. I still can't get the few Russian music tracks of Tetris out of my head. Also, I LOVE THIS GAME. Played it as a kid when it was released (my fright had it) and I play it all the time in emulation. Great game.

just learned about this song's inclusion in SDB and found my way to this remix. very nice job with it, especially like how you added a small bit of Polyushko-Polye around the middle!
