She took the plastic packaging from a stamp set and cut it to fit the card panel and folded it over the back and taped it. Isn't that a fun way to make a shaker?

How did you adhere the plastic sheet to the card.

The kit includes shrink plastic! She stamped them on the shrink sheet and then heated it, and it shrunk down to be a tiny bunch!
