Apart from the movement itself, the other side of dancing is the rhythm and learning to listen to the beat of the music and move along with it. Most of the time, people dancing look awkward because they're not dancing to the beat.

i felt awkward doing this then i realized it doesnt look awkward,,, im just not used to doing it!
